OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM

With over 60 years of labor compliance experience in the General Construction and Construction Management industries, Hamel Compliance is dedicated to our client’s success. Our established familiarity with Federal, State, and Local Public Works projects ensures our clients receive the highest level of labor compliance support and staffing. Hamel Compliance’s management team is thoroughly involved in the day-to-day operations and is committed to providing the best labor compliance experience possible. Our team of executives includes company President and CEO, Grant J. Hamel and company Vice President, Lucy Testerman.

OUR SPECIALIST

Our Labor Compliance Specialist (LCS) oversees the implementation and enforcement of all labor compliance programs which includes monitoring and detail auditing of all labor compliance forms submitted. They are also responsible for maintaining a working relationship with the DIR, and keeps current with all new and upcoming legislation while analyzing there potential effect on our clients Labor Compliance programs and projects. Our LCS is the main contact for any compliance issues that may need to be addressed and works daily with management  to ensure all projects are compliant.

COMPLIANCE ADMINISTRATOR

Our Compliance Administrators have experience in certified payroll, contracts and labor compliance. They oversee approval of progress payments to subcontractors; review and verify payroll records, benefit statements, employer training contributions, and apprenticeship paperwork to determine compliance with applicable rules and regulations. Our administrators stay up to date with the changing prevailing wage rates and will correspond with the contractor’s staff to ensure compliance.
